Alana brings a wealth of industry best practices to Page, along with an interest in multiple aspects of project architecture ranging from sustainable to interior design. She has worked for multidisciplinary design firms as well as on the client side for firms such as CBRE. Since joining Page, Alana has overseen project delivery for a range of market sectors from Healthcare to Housing / Hospitality and Corporate / Commercial, where she is a sector thought-leader for our firm. Alana brings a spirit of entrepreneurialism in critical problem solving and develops cost beneficial results for her clients.

Alana pursues responsible decision making through a sustainable approach to every project using the USGBC LEED rating system as a guide.  She assumes responsibility as a project leader to guide our clients to make choices for project certifications in LEED, WELL, Fitwell and other rating systems aligned with their corporate goals. She understands the impact design has on the construction industry to improve our environmental conditions and well-being specifically the role interior renovation and material selections impact embodied carbon emissions.

Alana has been an active participant in many commercial real estate organizations in North Texas over the past two decades in the industry.  She has most recently served on the Professional Services committee for The Real Estate Council (TREC) and for the Careers committee for Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). She has been a supervisor for our Cristo Rey High School work study program.  Alana is passionate about engaging designers early in their career into organizations that will help them grow professionally and provide an outlet to share their expertise with others in our industry.  Growing our profession through the commercial real estate industry helps connect us to our clients’ direct needs providing valuable insight to produce design that makes lives better for the end users we serve.
