Brian D. Roeder, AIA, LEED AP

Brian has been involved in helping to lead, guide and manage some of Page’s most complex and challenging projects throughout his career.  A successful project delivery for a client does not happen without a very genuine commitment to collaborate.  The project has very real needs to discipline the processes, monitor the progress, maintain quality, manage schedule, innovate to maintain budget, and have a mindset for constant improvement.  Brian has learned over nearly 25 years of professional practice that without first commitment of collaboration from all the parties, the other items will never fall in place.
His portfolio spans across the country in many of Page’s core markets and practice areas including Academic, Corporate Commercial, Housing and Hospitality, Civic, Government, and Healthcare.  This wide range of experience has manifested in several award-winning projects that share success stories for design, programming, planning, sustainability, and leadership poise.
Professionally licensed in five states, Brian maintains a very high technical skillset that he readily grows each year with education opportunities, teaching requests, and various industry conferences.  He mentors and shares these key disciplines not only with Page staff but the entire project team to ensure the communication is clear and understood.

Brian is affiliated with various industry organizations and currently serves as a Board Member of the Building Enclosure Council, Austin Chapter. In addition, he co-chairs the internal Page Project Delivery Committee sharing lessons learned and key management issues, ranging from contracts and risk review to project controls.  This fundamentally allows Brian to help guide much of the project management training that Page shares.
