Dana C. Dixon is known for his work in higher education with a portfolio that spans project types, geographies and services such as planning, programming, design, etc. As both an architect and a certified planner with environmental expertise, Dana can identify holistic project solutions which simplify the design process.
He has served as lead campus planner for over two dozen efforts covering a range of campus types from a 36-acre urban health science campus to a +3,-acre Tier-1 Research, land grant institution. Dana has also been lead designer and/or project manager for multiple campus building projects ranging from 2, sf to +5, sf. From 215 to 221, he secured more than $22 million in total project fees as the principal pursuit lead and supported additional pursuits resulting in over $7.4 million in further total project fees.
