Elizabeth Foster, AICP, LEED AP

Beth Foster leads Page's national campus planning studio and co-chairs the Planning Strategies & Analytics practice area, focusing on the benefits for clients that come from integrating these related disciplines. Beth is also the managing Principal of the San Francisco office, responsible for strategic direction, financial health, and staff development.
 
For over two decades, Beth has led campus master planning projects across the U.S. for both public and private institutions. She has unique expertise in equitable and health-promoting campus environments and is skilled at engaging administrators, faculty, students, and community stakeholders in a collaborative planning process.
 
Beth is driven by a desire to enhance educational access for diverse and evolving student populations and has spent ten years establishing and steering the Society for College and University Planning's charitable giving program, the SCUP Fund, which supports programs and research that improve higher education effectiveness and address barriers to student success. Beth is also a frequent speaker at planning and design conferences where she has addressed such topics as planning for resiliency and campus/community partnerships.
