Tim Murray, AIA, LEED Fellow, GGP, NCARB

Tim Murray is a Sustainability Specialist with Page, and has been substantively involved in over 80 LEED projects to date. Graduating from the University of Houston, he was an architectural project manager for 15 years before transitioning to a focus on sustainability.
He has been involved with the local US Green Building Council since 2003, has served as Houston Chapter Chair, the South-Central Regional Chair, four terms on the national Chapter Steering Committee developing governance policies and four terms on the national LEED Steering Committee during the development of LEED v4. He just completed six years as Secretary of the USGBC-Texas Chapter and is currently Chair of the USGBC-Texas Gulf Coast Regional Council. Tim was awarded the designation of LEED Fellow in 2019.
A registered architect, he graduated from the University of Houston and has served on the AIA-Houston Committee on the Environment since 2015. Tim was the founding chair of the Green Building Subcommittee at the Greater Houston Partnership. Tim sits on the Houston Climate Action Plan Building Optimization Working Group and is currently serving as an Outside Partner in the City of Houston’s LEED for Cities pursuit.
