Travis has been working professionally in the design industry since 2012, realizing a lifelong passion for all types and scales of design. He is a licensed architect and professional campus planner, studied urban design and urban planning in graduate school, and has a deep fascination for civil engineering, construction, landscape architecture, geography, and music composition.

Travis is an exceptionally rigorous and detail-oriented professional; no part of a project under his scope will slip through the cracks or contain frivolous errors. He can coordinate complex projects and synthesize large amounts of information into trends, outcomes, and opportunities, and can also quickly learn and adapt to each project’s demands and necessary skills, becoming an essential driver of a project’s success. Travis celebrates and supports the insight and wisdom of the client and project team, while still advocating for his ideas and recommendations in pursuit of project excellence. Critically, he believes that in-depth analysis and collaboration with client and community is key to producing successful, resilient designs based on research and outcomes, rather than based on intuition and personal bias.

In his plans and designs, Travis advocates for unorthodox and playful spaces that encourage discovery and exploration of our built and natural environments, especially in the public realm. He prioritizes opportunities to achieve more with less, through strategies such as reuse of existing assets, hybrid programming, and passive sustainable design. Additionally, he believes that Page’s expertise has the greatest positive impact when serving low-income and marginalized clients.

Travis is skilled in building code analysis, Building Information Modeling, construction administration, construction documents, consultant coordination, design development, digital illustration, GIS mapping and data analysis, land use and climate change planning, model building, open space and mobility planning, report writing and composition, and stakeholder interviews and presentations. As a multidisciplinary professional, Travis is an asset to the entire firm, frequently included in customized rosters of key players across the offices to assist with large, complex projects.
