Page is accustomed to working with unique guidelines, criteria and expectations of a wide range of governmental clients. For almost four decades, Page has maintained a continuous workload of Department of Defense (DoD) Military Health System (MHS) projects as an integral part of its healthcare practice. We have been responsible for over 30 planning and design commissions spanning over 3 million square feet on over 20 bases in the U.S. and around the world within the last 15 years alone. Our DoD experience ranges from developing MIL-HDBK-1191 (currently UFC 4-510-01), which established the Design Criteria for all MHS projects, to the Independent Technical Review (ITR) of the $990 million Rhine Ordnance Barracks Medical Center Replacement (ROBMCR) in Germany, which exceeds 1 million square feet.

Most recently, Page has planned a replacement medical/dental clinic in Geilenkirchen, Germany, an expansion to a medical/dental clinic at RAF Croughton, England, as well as a replacement hospital at RAF Lakenheath, England. The Documentation will provide all project requirements and parameters, including updated Program for Design, validated
1391, and comprehensive summary of Architecture and Engineering requirements.
