Hillary Rosenwald Joins Women In Healthcare's Board of Directors

Page Senior Healthcare Planner Hillary Rosenwald has been elected to the Board of Directors of the DC chapter of Women In Healthcare Organization for 2018. Hillary has more than 30 years of experience in health facility planning, master planning, clinical operations management and healthcare program management for large integrated healthcare delivery systems and is delighted to share her expertise with members of the organization and the young women they mentor.

Hillary has been active in Women In Healthcare since its inception several years ago. In 2016, with Hillary’s recommendation, Page became a corporate sponsor of the organization and other colleagues in the DC office became members as well. In her new role as co-chair of the Sponsorship Committee, Hillary will engage other organizations that provide services to the healthcare industry to facilitate their roles as sponsors and support the community at-large.

Women In Healthcare Organization’s mission is to promote the roles and responsibilities of females in the healthcare industry, empowering its members and larger communities to mentor growth and support business through sharing successful techniques, contacts, products and services.  This is accomplished via monthly educational sessions and a yearly female leadership conference. The mentorship program partners young women with experienced colleagues to provide guidance and advice as the women begin or seek ways to advance their careers.  Women In Healthcare also organizes community service events each year to provide assistance to those in need. In 2018, efforts will include a coat drive for N Street Village, an organization that helps homeless and low-income women, as well as a community service event at Children’s Inn at National Institutes of Health. The Inn provides residences for families with children participating in studies at the institute.

Women In Healthcare recently expanded into Denver and will form new chapters in Baltimore and Philadelphia in 2018.
