Page is pleased to welcome Hillary Rosenwald to our Washington DC office. As a Senior Healthcare Planner, Hillary will support both government and private sector projects. Hillary has more than 30 years of experience in health facility planning, master planning, clinical operations management and healthcare program management for large integrated healthcare delivery systems
Prior to joining Page, Hillary worked for the U.S. Army Surgeon General and the Defense Health Agency planning ambulatory care facilities and hospitals on military bases around the globe. Her extensive portfolio includes the development of eight 25,000-square-foot Traumatic Brain Injury facilities with a budget of $11 million each.
Hillary has honed her visioning and master planning skills many times. She is adept at seeing opportunities for collaboration across distinct groups, as evidenced by her evaluation of requirements for both in-patient and outpatient services for Army, Air Force and Navy facilities as well as VA partners in Puget Sound in order to identify the potential for shared services.
Hillary’s extensive experience on the owner’s side ― for more than six years, she was Director of Facilities Planning for Kaiser Permanente ― enables her to bring a unique perspective to her work with clients. She partners with clients to provide design solutions to meet the changing needs of the healthcare environment. Hillary is a Lean Six-Sigma Green Belt with applied expertise in asset utilization models. She is also certified in Evidenced-Based Design (EDAC). We are proud to welcome Hillary to the Page team.
