Hillary Rosenwald has spent more than 30 years working to provide people with the best healthcare environments with experience in health facility planning, master planning, clinical operations management and healthcare program management for large integrated healthcare delivery systems. Hillary enjoys being part of an integrated team that delivers high functioning and aesthetically pleasing environments for patient care. Her passion for healthcare extends to helping people make healthy decisions and she has taught group fitness classes for over three decades.
Prior to joining Page, Hillary worked for the U.S. Army Surgeon General and the Defense Health Agency planning ambulatory care facilities and hospitals on military bases around the globe. One of her favorite projects was a group of eight National Intrepid Center of Excellence Satellite facilities dedicated to providing medical services for soldiers with Traumatic Brain Injuries. Hillary enjoyed the challenging, team-driven experience and appreciated the rewarding outcome. Hillary has also honed her expertise in space planning criteria as a key member of the Department of Defense Space Planning Criteria work group for three years.
Hillary’s extensive experience on the owner’s side ― for more than six years, she was Director of Facilities Planning for Kaiser Permanente ― enables her to bring a unique perspective to her work with clients. She partners with clients to provide design solutions to meet the changing needs of the healthcare environment. Hillary is a Lean Six-Sigma Green Belt with applied expertise in asset utilization models. She is also certified in Evidenced-Based Design (EDAC).
She is actively involved in improving the healthcare industry, serving on the Board of Directors of the Women in Healthcare Organization Washington DC Chapter. The organization's mission is to serve as a professional development group for women in healthcare, promoting the roles and responsibilities of females in the healthcare industry and empowering one another to mentor growth and support business through sharing successful techniques, contacts, products and services.
