Peter M. Winters FAIA, CFM, IFMA Fellow
A design industry executive with a proven history of contract sales and project delivery throughout the world. Pete is an innovative leader who has built multicultural and multigenerational collaborative teams that consistently deliver profitable results. He is capable of bundling and selling all design services and delivering a positive client experience. Pete also is a prolific and in-demand public speaker and writer as his nearly 40 speaking engagements and a dozen-plus magazine articles can attest.
His particular expertise includes sales, strategic facility planning and international project delivery. Pete leverages this, as well as his experience with other national AEC firms such as CRSS and HOK where he had clients ranging from Disney to the Westin Hotel chain. At Page, he also lends his experience in support of dedicated firm areas of specialty such as asset repositioning.
Outside the office, Pete keeps busy with multiple certifications and memberships. He is a Certified Facility Manager (CFM) both in the United States and Japan. He also belongs to all three levels of AIA at the national, state and local chapter levels. Additionally, Pete is an IFMA (International Facility Management Association (IFMA) fellow. He also sat on the Journal of Facilities Management editorial board in London.
Pete received both his Master of Architecture and Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University. He was also an Associate of Art & Architectural Design, Delta College.
