Tim has over 35 years’ experience helping clients analyze their architectural needs, develop innovative and economical solutions, make effective decisions, and successfully implement improvements. He has led teams on more than 50 million square feet of projects. His knowledge of a wide range of building types allows him to transfer innovative concepts among different asset portfolios. Tim has a special expertise in energy and green buildings, an interest which began with his work as a Peace Corps volunteer in the 70’s. As a faculty member at Rice University, he taught a graduate course in Economics for the Built Environment. Tim has extensive international experience, having also lived and practiced architecture abroad in Europe and Asia. He brings a unique combination of skills to the table, blending knowledge of strategy, architecture and real estate, with an MBA in finance and international business.
