The Page Commissioning team was engaged by ExxonMobil to perform building system commissioning services for their new 385-acre campus near The Woodlands, Texas. Commissioning services for the 14 buildings on the campus encompass all HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety and building envelope systems. The campus was designed to accommodate approximately 10,000 employees and was constructed to high standards of sustainability. Employees have moved to the campus in phases as the buildings were constructed. The state-of-the-art campus, which is LEED Gold certified, includes multiple low-rise office buildings, laboratories, conference and training centers and facilities such as child care, a wellness center, parking garages and other employee amenities.
