Page provided renovations to Baylor College of Medicine’s (BCM) 6th floor lease space in the Texas Children’s Hospital Neurological Research Institute (NRI) Building. The renovated area houses research laboratories, lab offices, equipment spaces, lab support and related functions.
The Page team met with BCM representatives to develop a space program, define the list of required equipment and produce an approved concept plan. The project consisted of a complete upfit of “cold shell” space, including mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. The Center for Drug Discovery is approximately 60% computational space and 30% traditional wet lab space, with work spaces designed to support mass spectrometry.
