New Corporate Base Operation (CBO) facility of approximately 60,000 square feet for major energy company. Facility has both passenger terminal and passenger support areas consisting of conference room, focus work area, concierge and restrooms/showers/lockers. The flight operations support area consists of Chef Pilot office, MX Sup office, Lead Tech office, OPS/MX area, schedule office, technical library and breakroom with restrooms/showers/lockers. Crew support area consists of crew rest room and training room.

Hangar area is approximately 34,000 square feet to house multiple aircraft in a nose-in/tail-in parking configurations to accommodate various aircraft types from Challenger 350 to Gulfstream 650, etc. Facility includes hangar support areas for operations and maintenance. Flight operations support areas include loading garage bay, GSE, galley, laundry, lav cart room, etc. Aircraft maintenance support areas include shop, parts, hazmat, etc.

The site consists of approximately ten acres with passenger and staff parking, fuel farm with fueling cabinets and on site generation. Site boarders the Airport Operations Area (AOA).

The construction document phase through construction was delivered as design-build.
