K&N has been an industry leader in automotive filtration and technology by manufacturing products to increase performance, protection, and longevity in thousands of vehicle applications for consumers worldwide. When faced with the need to relocate their company headquarters, along with the need to consolidate manufacturing production from multiple structures and development of an automated warehouse all within a single facility, K&N came to Page. Page’s interiors and workplace team created a new 30,000-square-foot office home for K&N in Grand Prairie, Texas that reflects the company’s brand and culture with strong company branding and attention to employee needs and comfort.

Similarly, Page’s engineering team worked closely with the architectural team to develop a state-of-the-art 370,000-square-foot manufacturing and warehouse facility that would support their next generation of growth and innovation. Page engineered the infrastructure necessary to support the manufacturing processes from multiple facilities, worked with an automated warehouse supplier to evaluate structural and slab capacities, designed multiple dust collection systems, designed compressed dry air and nitrogen distribution systems, relocated a prep and paint production line and engineered a floor-supported utility distribution system that allowed easy growth and expansion of the production lines for years to come. Page worked with K&N to develop cost effective solutions to their unique manufacturing process needs while meeting the life safety and local code restrictions.
