ULI Austin Impact Awards for Texas Children's + Highpoint at 2222

Texas Children’s Hospital Austin North Campus for pediatric and maternal-fetal care took home the Best Project Design award, and Highpoint at 2222 – Austin’s next-gen research mega campus – was recognized as a Finalist in Next Big Idea category during the ULI Austin Impact Awards held August 27, 2024.

At Texas Children’s, the new, state-of-the-art hospital combines high-performance design with the thoughtful integration of color, texture, form, light, art, and graphics, layered to mimic the beauty and sensibility of the Central Texas landscape.

At Highpoint 2222, Karlin Real Estate’s bold vision resulted in the renovation of a 1.1M-sf former 3M lab and modernizing it to meet the needs of today’s workforce.
