Student life facilities are the vibrant heart of campus, where residential, social, and academic experiences converge. Our research-backed, award-winning designs foster engagement, shared purpose, and a sense of belonging. From residence halls and dining facilities to recreation centers and student unions, our approach emphasizes accessibility, equity, and dynamic spaces that support growth and well-being. With more than 30 years of experience designing over 100,000 beds and numerous student life facilities, our consensus-driven process ensures every project brings students, faculty, and staff together in light-filled, interactive spaces tailored to the campus community.
At Page, we design environments that align with our clients' missions, fostering student engagement, well-being, and academic success. Serving schools across the country—both public and private—we create spaces that encourage collaboration, creativity, and a strong sense of community. Our projects range from small renovations to large-scale student life districts, each tailored to the specific needs of the institution. By balancing privacy with opportunities for connection, we ensure that residence halls, study areas, and social spaces support students’ academic and personal growth. Through close collaboration with students and campus stakeholders, we craft environments that reflect their values and enrich the overall campus experience.

Page has programmed, designed, and planned over 100,000 student beds nationwide, working with public and private institutions on projects ranging from small renovations to large-scale student life districts. Our experience spans diverse campus needs, delivering innovative, functional, and future-ready residential communities that support universities’ long-term planning and growth.
Page has been an active member of ACUHO-I, engaging with campus housing and residence life professionals through conferences, regional events, and national speaking opportunities, for over 20 years. We contribute to industry dialogue by sharing insights through presentations and publications, helping shape the future of student housing and residential life.
Page’s behavioral research program engages students to understand the impact of the built environment on their success. With insights from over 5,000 students (and counting!), we’ve been quantifying the value of living-learning environments and enrichment spaces, demonstrating their measurable impact on student engagement, well-being, and campus life.
Page designs dining halls that serve as vibrant, multifunctional spaces for students. Beyond just dining, these areas foster social interaction, collaboration, and relaxation. With over 8,000 seats across the country, our designs support diverse campus needs, enhancing student engagement and creating hubs for community and connection.
A residence hall becomes a student’s second home. The average undergraduate spends twice as much time in their residence hall than in class. This highlights the need for spaces that offer comfort, privacy, and belonging. Our experts spend significant time on campuses to understand how to make a true home away from home.
I love designing for student life because it allows us to create environments that foster growth, connection, and well-being. Higher education is transformative, and through close collaboration with students, I can shape spaces that support their academic, social, and personal development, creating lasting impact.
