Designed by Page, the Grinnell College Humanities and Social Studies Center (HSSC) is an academic powerhouse where history meets economics, literature intersects with political science, and sociology thrives alongside philosophy. The design links new and historic spaces through a bright, central atrium—fostering intellectual exchange at every turn. With modern technology, flexible learning spaces, and an inclusive design that welcomes all, the HSSC is a bold step toward the future of liberal arts education, built on Grinnell’s rich academic tradition. 

Unifying talent, programs, and technology, the College of Health Professions empowers students and faculty by integrating 11 departments into a cohesive academic community. Page’s high-performance approach fosters flexibility and interprofessional collaboration.

Rooted in the latest research and pedagogies, this new building anchors the cross-disciplinary STEM Complex while reflecting the campus’s classic Georgian architecture. The facility’s layout centers around a wide corridor, with large high-bay spaces on the first floor and wet labs on the second floor—both featuring glass walls to showcase the innovative work happening daily.

Page’s partnership with Stetson University began with a comprehensive housing study on the DeLand campus, working closely with Administration, Student Life, Facilities, and students to align the university’s mission and the president’s vision.

The Trinity University Center for Sciences and Innovation places a leading-edge learning space at the heart of campus, highlighting innovation in action. Positioned at the main quadrangle, the design welcomes students of all levels into a dynamic, cross-disciplinary environment that fosters creativity and teamwork.
