From its iconic hills to the bustling streets, San Francisco thrives on creativity and innovation. Our office is a hub of thought leadership, delivering collaborative and high-performance projects that reflect the city’s drive for exploration and progress.
Artificial Intelligence is reshaping everything—from business and healthcare to education—while transforming the backbone of our digital world: data centers. As AI’s processing power skyrockets, data centers are being pushed to their limits, driving massive changes in cooling strategies, energy demands, and infrastructure design.
In this episode of Page’s podcast, The Good Room, Julia Diaz and Mo Elsayed uncover AI's impact on these often-overlooked players—exploring how densification, liquid cooling, and sustainability challenges are forcing us to rethink not just these critical facilities, but the very systems that power them.

Page’s campus planning team was recently awarded the Outstanding Planning Document from the California Association of Environmental Professionals (AEP) for the University of California Berkeley Long Range Development Plan (LRDP). This award is given annually to an agency or firm that publishes a land use, transportation, or other plan that best accommodates projected population growth in a compact form to protect California’s environmental resources, minimize greenhouse gas emissions, and provide urban recreation and natural open space.
The UC Berkeley LRDP provides a twenty-year framework for the growth of this land grant institution, complementing the university’s renewed strategic plan. The project focused on fostering a vibrant and inclusive campus experience, promoting research and interdisciplinary collaboration, enhancing sustainability and resilience, and optimizing the use of campus resources.
How can campuses stay strong in the face of climate change and natural disasters? Page’s Beth Foster shares how integrating resilience planning into campus development helps institutions protect their people, assets, and futures. Learn how a proactive, stakeholder-driven approach can turn risk into long-term opportunity.
Design has the power to bring people together. From Houston’s Alief Neighborhood Center to San Francisco’s Battery Bluff Park and the Texas State Capitol Mall, Page’s civic projects prioritize community voices, local identity, and inclusive access. Thoughtful, place-based design can strengthen connections and shape healthier, more resilient futures for all.

Great campuses are intentionally shaped to foster connection, learning, and resilience. I’m passionate about designing educational environments that deepen the bond between students and place, advance the institution’s long-term mission, and elevate the campus experience in ways that are both seamless and transformational.
