He has worked with 100+ colleges and universities on award winning projects such as long-range development plans; master plans for new and existing campuses and campus districts; medical and research district plan; and program and space utilization studies. Philip excels at managing complex projects with diverse stakeholder groups. He is skilled at crafting comprehensive and meaningul stakeholder engagement strategies, and is known for his strong organizational and communication skills, as well as his thoughtful, empathetic approach.
