Studio X is where design moves fast and ideas go further. An agile, exploratory studio within Page, we iterate quickly, think critically, and elevate ideas through design. From the first sketch to the final presentation, we collaborate to shape strong concepts and stories that resonate.
Guided by curiosity and a belief in design as inquiry, we work across markets and media. Studio X is also a launchpad—where emerging designers strengthen their craft and develop design leadership skills in a collaborative, hands-on environment.

As a studio within the Design Exchange, we draw on the firm’s creativity—leveraging emerging tools, technologies, and collective expertise to support thoughtful, forward-looking work.
Our FUTURES initiative explores the design problems that will define the years ahead. This work creates space for intentional exploration—outside the structure of a typical project—allowing us to investigate shifts in culture, technology, policy, and the built environment.
Rather than reacting to change, we aim to anticipate it—prototyping ideas, strategies, and frameworks that help us meet future challenges with clarity and imagination. FUTURES is a platform for inquiry and a catalyst for new ways of thinking within the practice of design.

Red Rocks Rising: An Award-Winning Visionary Prototype for Single-Stair Multifamily Housing
Part of Buildner’s competition series, the Denver Single Stair Housing Challenge seeks to address the housing crisis in Colorado. Designers from around the world were invited to reimagine the potential of legalizing point access block housing to unlock more desirable urban housing solutions.
