Page provided Testing, Adjusting, Balancing (TAB) and Retro-commissioning services for the Astros’ Minute Maid Park, optimizing airflow performance throughout the stadium. The project included balancing the stadium bowl and Club Level to restore proper air distribution and occupant comfort. 

ExxonMobil engaged Page Commissioning for LEED Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning of its new 385-acre campus in Spring, Texas. The team provided full commissioning services for 23 buildings, accommodating approximately 10,000 employees. The state-of-the-art campus includes 14 office buildings, a multi-story laboratory, a 20,000-ton central plant, a wellness center, an energy center, three parking garages, a computing facility, and a childcare development center.

The Ismaili Center Houston, currently under construction at the intersection of Allen Parkway and Montrose Boulevard, is poised to become a significant cultural landmark. The project consists of a new 169,000-square-foot structure plus a below-grade parking garage on the 11-acre site. Situated adjacent to Buffalo Bayou and within a flood zone, the building is elevated above the floodplain. The surrounding privacy wall is designed to allow water ingress during high-water events, mitigating potential flooding in neighboring areas.

NASA's Johnson Space Center (JSC) in Houston, Texas, undertook the construction of Building 20, also known as the LEED Office Facility for Transition (LOFT), to provide transitional office space during the refurbishment of existing facilities. This three-story, 83,205-square-foot building houses approximately 520 employees. Page provided third-party commissioning to fulfill LEED Fundamental and Enhanced Building Commissioning requirements. The LOFT earned LEED Platinum status for its comprehensive sustainable design and construction practices.
