Symphony Square redefines the workplace in Austin’s Financial District. This seven-story boutique office tower, developed by Greystar and Ivanhoé Cambridge, is an integral component of the Symphony Square development, along with The Waller, a striking 32-story residential tower. A fifth-floor sky bridge seamlessly connects the two structures, providing office tenants direct access to premier fitness and recreational amenities.

The Westcott is a 315-unit high-rise designed to integrate seamlessly with its urban and natural surroundings. Positioned near Memorial Park, the Washington Ave corridor, and the quiet Crestwood neighborhood, the project harmonizes contemporary architecture with a refined interior palette. Materials emphasize durability and timeless appeal, incorporating warm woods, natural leathers, and deep greens that reference the adjacent parkland.

With rapid population growth in southeastern Collin County, Collin College recognized the need for expanded educational programs in Wylie. To meet this demand, the college launched a bold expansion, strategically locating the new greenfield campus next to the City of Wylie government center. Page shaped the vision, leading campus planning, site development, and design of its four new buildings—Campus Commons, Learning & Resource Center, Student & Conference Center, and Central Utility Plant.

Discovery through science with application through engineering are side-by-side at the Jim and Janet Sinegal Center for Science and Innovation. Here, students uncover solutions, make connections, and benefit the community. Linked with the university’s Bannan Center for Science and Engineering, the center is the future of STEM for Seattle University.

Intermountain’s Lehi Campus significantly expands the care network, designed to serve family and community needs in Utah County, one of the top five fastest-growing areas in the country, known as Silicon Slopes. The new hospital includes family and child amenities, diagnostic services, pediatric emergency care, inpatient units, pediatric intensive care, neonatal intensive care, and behavioral health. The campus also features an ambulatory care center housing a range of pediatric specialties.
