Page worked with Neighborhood Centers, Inc. to provide Community Engagement/Building Programming, and Architectural & Engineering Design Services for the new construction of a multi-discipline, mixed-use campus on approximately 7-acres. The project is a component of a larger 61-acre Town Center development in the East Aldine District in Harris County. The East Aldine District was created by the Texas Legislature in June 2001 to enhance the physical, social, and economic well-being of Aldine. The 14.8 square-mile management district is generally bound by U.S. Route 59, Beltway 8, the Hardy Toll Road, and Little York Road.

Neighborhood Centers prioritized comprehensive community engagement in the development of the community center project. Page worked closely with their team to develop the engagement strategy, establish event agendas, and document community participation. Almost complete, the community engagement/building programming phase of the project included two town hall public forums, seven targeted community member participation workshops, and intercept interviews out in the community. Building from the engagement efforts, the Page team has developed a comprehensive building program and preliminary building concepts that trace directly to that community involvement. At this time, site planning has begun and the preliminary project design is expected to be presented to donors before the end of 2015. Construction timing will be determined by the pace of fundraising.
