David Lamutt

David brings an outside-the-box perspective to the world of architecture and engineering—one of construction. David spent 40+ years on the construction management side of the industry with extensive exposure to the A/E world. He incorporates his “real world” knowledge into the design process and construction administration. He's an expert in Mission Critical project management and versed in a wide range of other sectors, including higher education and K-12, financial, aviation, food processing, federal, office buildings, pharmaceutical, and WWTP, to name a few. He’s been deeply entrenched in all aspects of the project life.
