Honoré Carmona Vera brings 24 years of experience in leading complex design/build government projects worldwide, with a strong focus on secure U.S. Embassy projects. He has managed diverse portfolios, including embassies in Addis Ababa, Kigali, and Managua, as well as the $30M security gates project for a confidential client in Quantico, Virginia. Honoré is skilled in architectural management, overseeing everything from team development to project finance. Among his proudest achievements is his work on Page’s U.S. Embassy in Dakar, Senegal, where his leadership helped achieve LEED Gold certification.
