Janice embraces the idea that “It’s a challenge, not a problem.” Over the last 35+ years, she’s also seen many possibilities become creative solutions. Janice has spent her career focused on providing solutions to complex projects for high-profile clients domestically and internationally, including for the Architect of the Capitol, GSA, NIH, OBO, and USACE. Managing projects from large-scale, multi-building developments to smaller, specialized projects requires diplomacy, experience, and expertise. It’s never a one-size-fits-all approach. Solving the unsolvable is Janice’s favorite part of the process.
