Jeffrey S. Willis, PE, LEED AP, CCP

Jeff is an experienced project executive, skilled at providing leadership in collaborative partnership with owners, users, contractors and design teams. He has demonstrated the ability to work in collaboratively in team environments and specializes in management of project teams for complex facilities. Jeff is a licensed professional engineer in fifteen states and jurisdictions and technical expert in the design of complex mechanical systems for laboratories, hospitals, pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturing facilities.
Jeff is a Sector Leader in Page’s Science & Technology sector and specializes in the design of facilities for energy, pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients. He seeks out opportunities to improve resilience and sustainability in the built environment. Jeff honed his professional skills serving on the State of Massachusetts energy task force, an early adopter of building energy codes, to being the first building design professional in the City of Houston to be LEED Accredited by the U.S. Green Building Council.
Working in the community to constantly provide opportunities for all citizens Jeff serves on several Boards including Chair of the Internal Committee for the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce and member of Fort Bend Future advocating for high-technology job opportunities. He is a proud member of Fort Bend Leadership Forum Class of 2016.
