Jessica values the process of making as a tool for communication and exploration. She believes physical modeling and prototyping significantly inform and enhance design outcomes. Born and raised in Cairo, Egypt, she studied architecture at Texas Tech University working in fabrication shops. It was there that she discovered her passion for making and mentoring students. Curiosity and iteration are central to Jessica's design process, leading her through solutions that are both optimized and thoughtful.
