He leverages his expertise from design through construction to coordinate teams and adhere to pertinent building, life safety, and accessibility codes. Drawing on his background as a field engineer in complex builds (including blast-resistent buildings), Ken prioritizes safety, such as Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) standards. Additionally, Ken assisted in creating the International Green Construction Code (IgCC). As an AIA-certified Disaster Assistance inspector and a LEED AP architect, he prioritizes safety and sustainability in every aspect of his work.
