Renowned for designing in high seismic and wind zones, Pepe has been characterized by his tremendous commitment and leadership throughout his professional career, serving as a mentor and guide and striving to lead his teams to an exceptional level. He has taught Structural Engineering at the University of Houston and holds advanced degrees from Universidad Panamericana and Purdue University.
