Backed by a decade of design experience and fueled by a passion for helping others create authentic human connections, she empowers teams to lead with emotional intelligence and communicate with impact. From high-stakes pursuit coaching to engaging workshops on people skills and team effectiveness, Sarah drives growth across the firm and industry. An EQ-i 2.0 Certified Practitioner, she is also a published writer and speaker in the AEC community.
