Stephen Bell

Over the last 40 years, Stephen has worked extensively within government agencies leading large programs and leads Page's government sector. A retired Captain in the Navy Civil Engineer Corps, he has the experience and knowledge base that allows him to approach projects with a critical eye while skillfully prioritizing key tasks. His career highlights include serving as Associate Vice President, Facilities Management at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and directing a $3.2 billion program supporting the Iraqi military and police. Stephen values service to his nation, which has enabled him to work across the globe.
