Page Cx/TAB is providing Commissioning and Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) services for the ExxonMobil Beaumont Machine and Weld Shop, a 76,000-square-foot facility currently under construction. The facility consists of a 54,000-square-foot shop area divided into two sections—one for machining and one for welding—flanking a centrally located 22,000-square-foot office building.

Driscoll Children’s Hospital Rio Grande Valley, an eight-story, 175,000-square-foot facility in Edinburg, Texas, expands pediatric care with 119 beds—including 63 NICU beds—and eight surgical suites. The hospital enhances critical healthcare spaces such as the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, Pre-Operative Area, Operating Rooms, Pharmacy, Sterile Processing, Radiology, Emergency Room, and Trauma Unit.

The Belo Center for New Media, now the G. B. Dealey Center, is a five-story, 120,000-square-foot facility at the University of Texas at Austin, completed in 2012 to support digital and media studies. It houses the School of Journalism, the Stan Richards School of Advertising and Public Relations, the Dean’s Office, and KUT Public Media Studios.
