Page partnered with a global CMO and instrument manufacturer to integrate and reposition multiple facilities across the U.S. As part of a broader strategy on the East Coast, our team delivered detailed lab planning and design for a variety of R&D and packaging functions.
A pivotal project was a new center supporting regional and global instrument repair and training. The facility brings together classrooms and labs tailored to the company’s full suite of analytical and diagnostic tools. It also includes specialized spaces for equipment repair and refit, safe intake of potentially contaminated devices, and warehousing designed for fast, efficient customer service.
Page has also supported this client in expanding instrument manufacturing capacity at multiple sites. Planning, design, permitting, construction, and occupancy were carefully coordinated to keep operations running without interruption. The scope included production labs and support spaces designed to meet FDA Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements, detailed test fits, and complex phasing strategies.
