A purpose-driven ecosystem, Zero Irving fuels innovation, workforce development, and community engagement. Page designed the 22-story hub to bridge the gap between established tech industries and early-stage startups while also providing educational resources and public amenities.

At its core, Zero Irving is built to support a dynamic network. The ground-level Food Hall invites the community in, while the Civic Hall—spanning six floors—offers shared spaces for social entrepreneurs, technologists, and policymakers to drive meaningful change. With flexible office environments, from Step-Up spaces for startups to traditional office floors, the building fosters seamless industry progression.

Zero Irving is a platform for transformation. Its Digital Skills Training Center provides educational opportunities for underserved populations, creating pathways to quality employment. By supporting industries tied to institutions like NYU and The New School, the project generates economic resources for all five boroughs.
