A 55-story apartment and office tower, 321 West 6th Street will bring a vibrant mixed-use development to Austin’s downtown core. Totaling 834,000 square feet, the building has 120,000 square feet of planned Class A office space with the lower levels reserved for parking and retail. The tower is planned to home approximately 369 residential units which will range from studios to three-bedroom units and will occupy the upper sections of the building at floors 20 through 55. A large amenity clubhouse is planned for the top level, as well as a lower level clubhouse with a pool deck, indoor and outdoor fitness, gathering and meeting spaces, a listening room, a media room, a pet park and locker room facilities.
