Children’s Hospital of San Antonio

Designed to deliver leading-edge care for children today and for generations to come, the 19-story, 446-bed hospital provides comprehensive pediatric specialties and features Georgia's only dedicated level 1 pediatric trauma center. 

Embracing the healing power of nature and respecting the environment, the master plan prioritized preserving land and green space on the 70-acre campus, resulting in over 20 acres of gardens and green space along with miles of walking trails connecting the buildings on campus and the community.

Jersey Shore University Medical Center (JSUMC) is the region’s only academic university-level teaching center and clinical research facility. To advance its mission and meet the demands of a growing community, JSUMC partnered with Page to develop a long-range campus master plan, prioritizing expansion and renewal.

Highpoint is transforming the future of work in Northwest Austin. Designed in collaboration with Page, this visionary mixed-use redevelopment by Karlin Real Estate reimagines a former 3M lab into over a million square feet of leading-edge lab and office space spanning 156 acres. A 58,000-square-foot amenity hub fuels productivity and connection with wellness spaces, dining, and social zones. A striking 75,000-square-foot atrium brings the outdoors in, featuring pavilions and courtyards designed for balance and inspiration.

Tampa General Hospital’s Muma Children’s Hospital has long been recognized for its exceptional pediatric care. To ensure the environment matched its high standards of healing and innovation, the hospital embarked on a transformative renovation of its 5th-floor pediatric unit—originally designed in 1927—bringing new life to the aging interior.
