For over 12 years, Page has built a deep, multifaceted partnership with a leading semiconductor manufacturer, delivering over 100 projects across multiple campuses worldwide. What began as small studies has evolved into a strategic, multi-million-dollar annual engagement employing at least 50 full-time professionals.

Page has played a pivotal role in shaping critical manufacturing environments, from cleanroom conversions and process utility buildings to architectural interiors and modular data centers. Our work spans major facilities in Arizona, New Mexico, Oregon, Israel, Texas, and Mexico, demonstrating our ability to scale and adapt across geographies.

Page has successfully engaged in various project types, primarily using design-build contracts while also accommodating direct client agreements through progressive build. Our flexibility in contract mechanisms—lump sum, time and material, unit costing, and percent of cost—has enabled us to deliver essential architectural and engineering services across different campuses.

Expanding our impact across multiple sites

Our partnership began in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, where Page converted existing spaces into high-performance cleanrooms, expanding Fab 11 North’s manufacturing capacity. From that first project, our reach has grown significantly, spanning key semiconductor hubs in Oregon, Israel, and Arizona, as well as non-manufacturing sites in Austin, Texas, and Guadalajara, Mexico.

A defining moment in this collaboration was the full conversion of Fab 18 in Kiryat Gat, Israel, where our team provided comprehensive on-site services to support a new process line. Other critical projects include advanced water treatment initiatives in Hillsboro, Oregon, cleanroom conversions in Rio Rancho, and ongoing design work in Chandler, Arizona.

With expertise spanning architectural design, structural and process engineering, equipment layout, and construction administration, Page delivers integrated, high-performance solutions that drive semiconductor manufacturing forward.

Ocotillo Campus

Ocotillo Campus: A Hub of Innovation and Expansion

At the Ocotillo campus, Page has been a key partner in delivering architectural and engineering solutions through a design-build contract. Our work spans multiple upgrades, repairs, and alterations across the site, ensuring that existing facilities evolve to meet the demands of leading-edge semiconductor manufacturing. Executed in phases, these renovations integrate architectural, structural, and engineering disciplines to enhance operational efficiency. Notable projects at the campus include the MIT Data Center and PUB Expansion.

  • Gas/Chemical Layout and Facilitation: Managed project design and engineering for an $8M gas and chemical utility layout, optimizing equipment placement to align with process needs.
  • Facility Upgrade Services: Upgraded nitrogen, oxygen, and helium systems, along with ultrapure and cooling water infrastructure, to support advanced manufacturing. Expanded process recovery systems to increase capacity.
  • UPS Power Upgrade: Enhanced power reliability at two primary factories by installing additional UPS systems, achieving 100% redundancy.
  • Business Continuity Upgrades: Enhanced facility data reliability through design of a new backup data center.
  • Comprehensive Facility Upgrades: Delivered $24M in site-wide improvements, including process vacuum system validation, ultra-pure water capacity expansion, and high-purity gas distribution enhancements.

Through strategic, phased execution, Page continues to support the Ocotillo campus as a leader in semiconductor manufacturing excellence.

Process utility building

The PUB expansion

A 50,000-square-foot addition to the two-level Process Utility Building (PUB) upgraded hydrofluoric and copper waste treatment systems while expanding high-purity process gas capacity. This $80 million project enhanced facility efficiency with advanced utility support for manufacturing operations.

MIT data center
Server area

Page provided project management, engineering, design, and construction administration services for a Tier 3, modular 1MW data center. Initially designed for a 500kW IT equipment load, the facility includes infrastructure for future expansion to 1MW. Site development featured new medium-voltage underground distribution, pad-mount transformers, and an emergency generator. The scope encompassed site selection, civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, instrumentation & controls, telecommunications, and security system engineering and design.
