CS Partners, a leading charter school operator in Michigan, engaged Page to evaluate the performance and potential of its campuses. Together, they conducted a comprehensive analysis of three Crescent Academy schools in Southfield, MI.
The team’s evaluation focused on:
- Space allocation across each campus
- Classroom sizing (square footage per student)
- Utilization of instructional spaces
Drawing from the analysis, the team provided strategic recommendations for capital consolidation and scheduling optimizations to enhance space utilization. Additionally, we proposed specific classroom capacities designed to create a more effective and engaging learning environment for students.
