New England Cancer Specialists at Rock Row Medical Campus
At Rock Row in Westbrook, Maine, Page is shaping the future of healthcare with a thoughtfully designed medical and research campus dedicated to therapy and wellness. Set within nature trails, community green spaces, and healing gardens, this campus isn’t just a place for treatment—it’s a retreat for healing.
Partnering with New England Cancer Specialists (NECS), the anchor tenant and an affiliate of Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Page is creating a state-of-the-art facility that redefines patient care. Designed for comfort and innovation, the campus will house complementary care providers, all working together to offer an advanced, holistic approach to wellness.
With nature at the forefront of the experience, the design prioritizes patient well-being—front porch views open to scenic landscapes, walking paths wind through peaceful gardens, and natural materials create a calming, restorative environment. Here, design meets care, offering patients and their families a space to find comfort, strength, and hope.
The NECS facility at Rock Row is designed with purpose—its layout streamlines patient flow, eliminating backtracking and reinforcing a sense of progress. Clear wayfinding, intuitive spaces, and seamless transitions from arrival to treatment create a stress-free environment, supporting both physical healing and emotional well-being.
