Danfoss Silicon Power’s advanced power module production facility in Utica, New York, is driving innovation in clean energy and electronics. Their cutting-edge technology enables smaller, faster, and more efficient devices that are transforming solar and wind energy, data centers, and the next generation of electric and hybrid vehicles.

The facility includes 29,000 square feet of state-of-the-art, Class D cleanroom space within the Quad C building, designed to support Danfoss’ operations for the next decade. Outfitted with Silicon Carbide (SiC) packaging tools, advanced equipment, and dedicated office and logistics space, the cleanroom provides a high-tech environment for power module manufacturing.

Danfoss employs more than 300 scientists, engineers, and technicians to produce these modules, while GE contributes R&D expertise within the leasehold area—fostering collaboration at the forefront of energy innovation.
