Sustainability
The Mundo Verde campus is designed as a robust, hands-on learning tool where sustainability infuses into daily education. Designed to inspire curiosity and stewardship, the site transforms stormwater systems, energy-efficient features, and outdoor spaces into interactive lessons.
Pre-K students engage with water conservation, while older learners dive into composting, renewable energy, and food sustainability. The campus bridges nature and city life, featuring vibrant gardens for nutrition-based education and an underground cistern that conserves 300,000 gallons of water annually. A real-time energy monitoring system empowers students to track, analyze, and understand their environmental impact—turning data into discovery.
